Cancellation & Amendments

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
50% charge for cancellations made within 25 to 30 days of arrival.
No refund for cancellations made within 25 days of arrival or for no-shows.
Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.

Please ensure cancellations or amendments are communicated in writing and confirmed by our reservations team to be valid.

Children and Pet Policy

Strict Policy on Damages, Smoking, and Misconduct

Mountain Creek Luxury Villa maintains a strict policy regarding damages, smoking, and misconduct.

Any damages to property—including furnishings, fixtures, or décor—will incur a fine equal to the cost of repair or replacement.
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited and will result in a substantial fine.
In the event of vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption, a significant cleaning fee will be charged.
